Meera is a great dentist. She has done great things for my teeth. Only downfall with this place is the receiption staff. 99% of them seem like they do not enjoy their job and look at you blank. This is something I have experienced now for 5+ years. A smile and customer service is not a lot to ask for. It should be standard, especially when you are spending your hard earned money.
I've always been terrified of the dentist but I had a emergency appointment where I had a broken tooth removed, and, I can honestly say I never felt a thing. Both the dentist- Ramteen, and, the nurse - Rojan, made me feel so comfortable and I can honestly say it was the best dentist appointment that I've ever had. I'd fully recommend.
I have had a huge fear of the dentist and I hate to admit that I hadn’t been for nearly ten years until today. The reception team are friendly and the dentist I had was kind and put me at ease, I didn’t feel scared at all. Also I felt he was totally fair about treatment options, not pushy about getting anything done (which I remember my old dentists always being pushy) so I’m really really happy with the service. They are a fab dentist and much better than any of my past experiences. I’m actually looking forward to going back and getting my teeth sorted!
Really love this dental surgery! My dentist Ramteen Ahrabi has been brilliant at helping me get my teeth sorted after not being able to get work done for a few years. Would definitely recommend him!
I first used this dental practice as an emergency as moved to the area and had not had time to register with a dental service. Had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and it was fine with care an ease. I then registered with this dental practice and the two times I’ve been back I have seen Ramteen Ahrabi. He is wonderful, this is particularly important as I am a nervous patient. Gloucester dental care offer Saturday appointments which is fantastic as I do not have to take time from my working day. There is lots of reception staff and a nice big open waiting room.
After two years of trying to get my teeth seen to was lucky enough to find this amazing dentists. Thanks so much to dentistry wizard Ramteen and nurse practitioner Aseena. They were so kind and helpful. Got my teeth sorted in an emergency session and could not have been more professional and patient. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.
After being unable for so long to get an NHS dentist in Herefordshire following leaving my previous NHS dentist due to bad practice, I had to seek private treatment. Eventually, I found Gloucester Dental Care. I can honestly say the people who have given 1 or 2 stars, perhaps just had bad luck as I cannot fault this service and thats me being a nervous patient. It far surpassed my private dentist who was less than friendly, gave ill advice and failed to spot a cavity. Here at Gloucester Dental Care, access into the building was easy, reception staff friendly and my dentist was so welcoming, professional and gave me huge reassurance. I waited no more than 10 minutes for my appointment despite it being very busy. Expect to wait approx 1 month for a general appointment but thats standard I reckon for most dentists these days.
I had my implant procedure done a couple of days ago, by Thomas and he was brilliant throughout the whole treatment process. Thomas was very reassuring to explain the guided procedure and during the operation I felt comfortable in the hands of a confident professional team, as he and Ali keep checking with me throughout the session to make sure I am ok, not feeling any pain and also offered their best advice for recovery. Really pleased with this experience and I am thankful to Thomas and Ali for their commitment and skilled work to make this procedure a success. Definitely recommend the team, as I have made the best decision by choosing Gloucester Dental Care and Thomas for my implant treatment.
Very friendly dentist and staff were very welcoming .I have a phobia about dentist and needles and I wasn't pushed and they were patient with me and I feel more comfortable about going back again
I attended Gloucester Dental Care for an emergency appointment. I am extremely nervous when it comes to dental visits, however I found all the staff very friendly and helpful. I was treated by Swathi who was amazing - so caring and compassionate which put me at ease. I can’t recommend this practice and it’s staff enough! 👍

After struggling for over 48 hours to find an emergency dentist for my partner he was lucky enough to get referred here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, as he was a very nervous patient, they went over and above to make his visit as pleasant and calming as possible. Within two hours of contacting them he was in the chair having his treatment. If I could give 10 stars I would.A very well run and compassionate dental service. I would highly recommend them.
