By using a dental bridge, you can support a replacement tooth in your gap by using either side
of your teeth. Your surrounding teeth must be healthy enough to support the tooth. This method
has the disadvantage, however, that the surrounding teeth have to be shaped to accept the
supporting abutment (false tooth).
